About Desk Monkey

Your time belongs with your customers.

You should not have to spend the day moving information between tools or figuring out why another subscription is going unused. We help you choose what is worth fixing, build it and put someone in charge of keeping it useful.

Why Desk Monkey

A friend gave us the name.

A friend once called himself "just a desk monkey." The phrase gave us a name for the repetitive desk work we wanted to reduce.

We had been building AI workflows for our own jobs. Friends started asking for help, then their companies did. We kept seeing the same problem: people had software, but still had to move the work between it themselves.

AI can handle some of that administration. People still need to decide what matters, check the work and speak with customers. That is why we start with the process and stay involved after the tools are connected.

Why we start with the website

See what your buyer sees.

Your website is often where a buyer decides whether you understand their problem. We can examine the offer, pages and next step before asking you to replace a CRM or buy another AI tool.

Then we look at what happens after the inquiry: who receives it, who responds and whether you can connect it to a sale. The goal is a process your team can use and a result you can check.
