Using this site
This website is provided for information about Desk Monkey and to let you get in touch. You may not use it to send spam, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
Engagements
Every engagement starts with a conversation and is confirmed in a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, price, timeline, and payment terms. That document governs the work. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until it is confirmed in writing.
Your accounts and tools
Where we work inside tools you already pay for (for example a CRM, website platform, or Google Business Profile), you remain the owner of those accounts and the data in them. You are responsible for giving us appropriate access and for removing it when the engagement ends.
Content and intellectual property
The content of this site belongs to Desk Monkey. Deliverables created for you are covered by your agreement with us; unless it says otherwise, you own the deliverables once they are paid for.
No guarantees
Search rankings, lead volume, and platform behaviour depend on factors outside our control. We commit to doing the work described in your agreement to a professional standard; we do not guarantee specific rankings or business results. This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desk Monkey is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Liability for engagement work is set out in the relevant agreement.
